基于多衰减曲线计算药物代谢酶动力学参数的新方法

针对近年广泛应用于药代筛选的底物消除法,基于药物多衰减曲线,建立了酶促反应的线性化处理方程,提出了线性转换求解酶动力学参数的新方法。测定了9个探针底物在人肝微粒体中代谢的多衰减曲线,通过线性回归同时获得米氏常数Km、最大反应速率Vmax和内在清除率CLint等参数,并与传统的底物消除曲线拟合法进行比较分析,验证了新方法的有效性。多衰减曲线线性作图是一种简便、直观、可靠的数据可视化处理方法。     

涤粘含量对水刺无纺革基布性能的影响分析

以服用为目的的合成革,其厚度变异性、强力及透湿性决定了其服用的基本性能,而革基布是构成合成革最基本的元素.选取工艺一致但涤粘原料配比不一样的3种水刺无纺布,对比水刺无纺革基布的3种基本的性能指标,得出对水刺无纺革基布性能最佳的涤粘原料配比是55/45.     

Influence of substrate metals on the crystal growth of AlN films

MgB_2超导薄膜的熔盐电解法制备研究

以熔盐电化学法在铜衬底上制备MgB2超导膜,通过对KCl-NaCl-MgCl2三元系相图和熔度图的分析,电解电压的计算,确定了前期实验的电解参数范围。在熔盐电解法制备MgB2膜的实验过程中,首先对电解设备进行改进,降低了实验难度;然后以KCl、NaCl、MgCl2、MgB2O4混合体系作为反应物,采用直流电源,在不同温度下在铜阴极衬底上,电解制备MgB2膜;最后,利用X射线衍射（XRD）分析样品的物相,利用透射电子显微镜（TEM）和扫描电子显微镜（SEM）表征样品的结构及形貌。结果表明,成功在铜阴极衬底上,制备出了具有超导电性的MgB2,且最佳制备温度分别为601℃.     

Substrate‐integrated waveguide band pass filters with frequency‐dependent coupling elements

An effective technique to improve the stop‐band frequency response of direct‐coupled resonators in substrate‐integrated waveguide (SIW) technology is introduced. Regular inductive‐iris filters in SIW technology are supplemented with H‐plane frequency‐dependent inverters which not only create transmission zeros but also serve as the proper impedance inverter. A synthesis technique is introduced to prescribe transmission zeros at finite frequencies on either side of the pass band, symmetrically or asymmetrically. Two different topologies of frequency‐dependent inverters for X‐band SIW band pass filters demonstrate that attenuation poles can be created on both side of the passband and significantly improve the filters' stop‐band performences. 醇胺及其组合物在水泥助磨中的试验研究

根据现代理论和实际生产经验,对目前助磨剂原料及新材料进行分析筛选,经多次小磨对比试验,找出了助磨剂新配方。试验结果表明,常用助磨剂原料三乙醇胺可以被替代,三异丙醇胺同小分子表面活性剂B及其他成分的组合组成的水泥助磨剂,对水泥前期和后期强度提高明显,在提高磨机产量的同时也降低了电耗。

Model Adherend Surface Effects on Epoxy Cure Reactions

Adherend surface effects on the amine cure of epoxy resins were investivated using finely divided aluminum oxide as high surface area models for aluminum. Calorimetric analysis of simplified crosslinking systems revealed significantly faster reactions which led to lower glass transition temperature materials for activated aluminum oxide filled samples. A monofunctional amine and epoxy were then utilized to obtain soluble reaction products amenable to molecular characterization. These studies similarly showed an increase in the rate of epoxy consumption in the presence of activated aluminum oxide which was attributed to both an increase in the rate of amine addition to epoxy as well as to epoxy homopolymerization. The latter was not observed in the unfilled mixtures. Such changes in reaction mechanism at the adherend surface have implications for the strength and durability of actual adhesive bonds.     

The impact of color combinations on the legibility of text presented on LCDs

The paper investigates the impact of text and background color combinations on the legibility of text presented on LCDs. The legibility of 56 elementary color combinations was tested by 308 participants. The first task required the participants to identify 21 uppercase alphabetic characters selected and presented in conformance with a Snellen chart in various color combinations. For each color combination, the number of correctly identified characters was recorded as a visual performance measure. In the second task, participants subjectively rated the legibility of color combinations on a ten-point Likert scale. The results show that neither the Le Courier legibility table nor the CRT legibility table is appropriate for LCDs. A new legibility table is proposed for LCDs where the highest ranked are contrastive color combinations with positive polarity whereas for CRT displays, the highest ranked are contrastive color combinations with negative polarity. The findings of this study can be used to determine the best possible color combinations when developing content displayed on LCDs.     

金属基生物活性羟基磷灰石涂层材料的研究进展

羟基磷灰石(HA)是人体和动物的骨骼和牙齿的主要无机成分,人工合成的羟基磷灰石具有良好的生物相容性和生物活性,但质脆;医用金属材料具有较好的强度、韧性和优良的加工性能,但是生物相容性差。金属基生物活性HA涂层材料兼备金属材料优良的力学性能和生物陶瓷材料的生物相容性,成为近年来发展最为迅速的一种生物材料。本文简要评述了国内外金属基HA涂层材料的研究进展状况,主要介绍了制备金属基HA涂层材料的各种物理化学方法,提出了一些存在的问题和解决方法,展望了制备HA复合涂层的发展前景。
